Pallet Covers
Our customers can avail us of a wide range of Pallet Covers. Manufactured using fine quality LDPE / Foil / WPP material, these are suitable for light, medium, and heavy-duty usage. Moreover, these covers protect the material to be transported, from dust, rain, temperature, humidity, and damage. Also, these can be made in any dimension with 25 mics. to 125 mics.

Stretch Film
We manufacture films with the stretchability of above 350% so as to wrap products and avoid any contamination or damage to the surface area while the elastic nature of the film keeps the package tightly bound.
It is largely used in palletization, bundling products, sealing boxes & several other applications.
We manufacture various grades of Stretch films such as – Hand Wrap, Machine Wrap & Pre-Stretch Film.
These films are extremely high in transparency & are also food grade thus used as a much more price competitive & recyclable alternative for cellophane film so as to keep food warm as well as wrap fruits & vegetables keeping them free from contamination & moisture while retaining the freshness. used for domestic and industrial packing both manual and machine.

VCI Firm
VCI film protects metal from rust and corrosion in two ways — it serves as a physical barrier against moisture, dust, or contaminants, and as a rust-eradicating corrosion inhibitor. VCI film can be manufactured in many forms including rolls, sheets, bags, or tubing and it is an easy-to-use, clean, and dry packaging option for metal and metal parts.
In simplest terms, VCI film is created when linear, low-density polyethylene (poly film) is impregnated with vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) but take note, there’s no birds-and-the-bees twist to this union — instead, the result is VCI film.
To use VCI film, place metal or metal parts in VCI film and seal — there’s no messy grease or oil to apply. Once metal/metal parts are enclosed, VCIs activate to form a layer of protection on the surface of the metal parts that displaces moisture and repels rust. Viola – it’s easy, peasy!

EVOH Firm
EVOH barrier film abbreviated as Ethyl Vinyl Alcohol Co-polymer has extremely high barrier properties to gases such as Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, etc. EVOH film is widely used with the controlled atmosphere of packaging, modified atmosphere packaging, and vacuum packaging.

Inner PE Liner
Inner Liners are made from LDPE and Foil Material wherein the thickness varying from based on the customer requirement the thickness varies from 120 mu to 140 Microns depending on the Customer specs, these liners are used along with the FIBC Bags these liners are placed inside the FIBC bags and these are best suited for the Powder shipments and the Food Products.

Foil Inner Liner
When the super sacks contained products that need to be protected from moisture & WVTR and other environmental protection the liner is used Inside FIBC.
The Foil inner liner is also sealable which the regular application is for the pharmaceutical application.

Bulkhead
We have been able to serve our valued clients with an extensive range of PP Bulkheads. We use high-grade polypropylene woven fabric for the manufacturing of these bulkheads. Our range can also be used as the reinforcement on the front side of the PE liner. Our clients can avail these heads in different grades and dimensions suiting best with the demands of our valued clients.

Thermal Blanket Covers
These economical blankets are the best solution for a short duration, one-way FTL shipments. They provide an effective radiant barrier across the top and ends of the cargo load, and a single layer of trapped air prevents heat transfer through conduction.

Vacuum Bag
Many loose products with a high aroma like Tea Tobacco, Grinded Coffee, etc. are filled and taken out all the oxygen and other gas through the D gassing valve by suction method, and sometimes the product is injected with food-grade nitrogen gas to prevent the fungus/bacteria farming inside the product through the inlet valve.
Sometimes depending on the product packaging, we can provide both the valve. The Poly also can be supplied with EVOH poly raw material as per the requirement of the product packed

1 Ton Liquid Bag
We manufacture large-sized bags and liners which are useful in several applications which require a larger quantum of packaging. 3 in 1 jumbo liner is a product we manufacture for the export of Gherkins; another main application for our jumbo liners is in the FIBC industry wherein they use a PE liner as an inner liner for their FIBC bags.
Export of food, tobacco, industrial equipment, pharmaceutical drugs, fertilizers, etc. is other common uses for these liners.

Suspender Belt
Suspender Belt: The container liner is filled with the product to prevent the bulging of the filled container at the door end metal bars are used with the help of a suspender belt. Generally, at both ends and sometimes also at the center the unique suspender belts are adjustable and the loop is tailor-made to support the metal bar across the width. The metal bars are fairly strong to take the pressure of the product even at tilt conditions during the discharge process of the product.
The Suspender belt is easy to adjust the required length as per the loading requirement through D-Ring, O-Ring, and Cam Buckle.
The Suspender Belts are standard duty 1” wide or heavy 40 mm wide.

These are the parts of the suspender belt and are available as a spare.

Rubber Bands
The unique hanging tie part is made out of high-quality natural rubber seamless ring like a Bangle which seamlessly is attached to the liner either through a Tab sheet or Suspender Tab while welding on the liner Body.
